Please read these conditions carefully before confirming your reservation with Horizon Voyage & Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms.
To secure your booking for safaris, hotel stays, or guided tours, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required. For premium packages exceeding $10,000, specific payment terms apply. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/USDT) as proof of payment.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival date in Johannesburg. For last-minute bookings (within 14 days), full payment is required immediately upon confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.
Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
While we strive to stick to the planned itinerary, circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or wildlife movements in parks like Kruger may require changes. Our guides in South Africa will ensure any alterations maintain the quality and safety of your experience. Additional costs incurred by optional changes are the client's responsibility.
Horizon Voyage & Travels acts as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, transport, parks). We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during activities such as game drives, hiking in Drakensberg, or water sports in Durban. Participants join these activities at their own risk. Please disclose any medical conditions to our Johannesburg team prior to travel.
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and necessary visas to enter South Africa. We can provide invitation letters for visa applications upon request after the deposit is received.
